- We are all creatures of habit and routine, breezing through life as if tomorrow will always be here. We seldom pause to discover the center of our true being, the meaning of our very existence. Awareness can sometimes be difficult to achieve. It can be challenging to find time to slowdown, to pause, to quieten ourselves...until it is "forced" upon us...by which time, it may be too late... I am just a humble sojourner on this journey through life, learning, sharing my simple thoughts, quiet reflections, discoveries...to gently nudge and help my fellow companions into seeing things they did not see before, pondering on thoughts, embracing things that matter; to become more aware...more conscious...of life...to live life more meaningfully... Life's journey can sometimes get routine, lonely, dull, dark and burdensome, it is good to share the light with companions...I simply invite you to follow this humble journal and share this pilgrimage with me...
